Shipping policy

We ship to the address listed on your order for "shipping address" using the shipping method specified on your order. If another shipping method is used, we will contact you at the email address listed on your order. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. Please double check your shipping address for accuracy.

While we make every effort to ship products quickly, we are not responsible for any delays on the part of the shipping carrier. Expedited shipping is not refundable due to late delivery. If an order is re-routed due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any fees associated for the re-routing unless an input error was made on the part of City Grafx. If an order is returned to City Grafx as a "incorrect address", the customer is responsible for any fees associated with the return and the cost of re-shipment.

We encourage customers to double check shipping addresses for accuracy. For best shipping practices, we recommend stating your full address including the business name (if applicable) as well as suite or unit numbers. Please note, UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes.

For international orders, please note that orders will be sent with taxes and duties due, and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost through our site.
