To our valued customers,

We recently did a site revamp and also switched web platforms. Because we essentially started from scratch, limited customer account information was able to be transferred. If you had an account with City Grafx previously, please look for an email with an account invite from us. If you accept the invite, you will be able to choose a new password and verify your shipping address.

You are also welcome to create a new account with us at any point. You do not need to have an account invite. Please note, accounts are optional and you do not need an account to order from us.

Unfortunately, previous order history was not able to be transfer with the accounts, so you will be unable to view your past orders. However, we have a record of past order history and would be happy to look up your previous orders if you need that information.
